CNC milling machine for wet processing is the result of years of research and development in CNC technology and offers unsurpassed precision and performance. With a robust steel/polymer concrete base structure and state-of-the-art components, this milling machine is designed to meet the requirements of demanding manufacturing processes.

The 3-axis version of our CNC milling machine is characterized by a machine bed made of UHPC concrete, which ensures exceptional stability. Linear axes on precision profile rails guarantee maximum accuracy when machining your workpieces. Equipped with a Heidenhain ® TNC 640 control, 20 mm ball screws, AC servos and an automatic HSK-E 25 pneumatic changing system with double-arm tool changer, this model enables efficient and precise production. The 20-station turret magazine together with the Jäger Z62 main spindle, which reaches up to 3.2 kW and 60,000 rpm and is liquid-cooled, rounds off the profile of this powerful machine.

For even more complex machining processes, we offer the 5-axis version. In addition to all the advantages of the 3-axis machine, this version has a swivel axis (B) with cycloidal gearbox and a rotary axis (A or C), which is driven by a torque motor. These additional axes open up new possibilities in 5-sided machining or simultaneous 5-axis machining, which makes the machine even more versatile.
