With the newly developed DSH-M rotary swivel unit, existing machines can be retrofitted with a 4th and 5th axis. The rotary swivel unit is based on the proven and robust isel RDH series of the series with harmonic drive technology.
The design has been kept very compact to ensure the best possible utilization of space with high load capacity. The individual rotary tables are equipped with Harmonic Drive units, which ensure high moment load capacities and high concentricity and axial runout accuracies.
The rotary swivel unit is available in the size variants, DSH-S and DSH-M. A wide variety of stepper or servo motors can be used as drives. In addition, various types of limit or reference point switches are available. The swivel range of the swivel axis can be individually defined and the rotary axis can be rotated indefinitely.
